Why Clients Lose Me…

THIS TOPIC ONLY INVOLVES MEDICARE ADVANTAGE CLIENTS. MEDICARE SUPPLEMENT CLIENTS ARE NOT AFFECTED.
Every year I lose clients to the grim reaper which sadly cannot be helped… and to slick talking sales people and television commercials which can SURELY be helped. Nearly every time, after someone else has with or without their permission, changed their Medicare plans, they call me afterwards and ask me to fix what they did to their case. They messed it up of course.
And… i have to say “Sorry. Can’t help”.
Watch this short video and let me explain what you have done and why you may be stuck with your outcome, and why that is bad.

Remember, get your paper(s) in ASAP and get your appointment scheduled. Medicare client appointments are only 30 minutes and Kynect client appointments are no more than an hour in most cases. We have to review your profile each year.

We are 63% Scheduled… very few appointment slots left in October. November will fill up fast because of Kynect. Then only two weeks remain in December… before my long winter’s nap.

WELL, ANNUAL SCHEDULING IS MORE THAN 1/2 THE WAY DONE. 56% OF YOU HAVE NOW SCHEDULED YOUR ANNUAL REVIEW APPOINTMENTS. SUCH EXCITEMENT THIS YEAR….

I think everyone has heard there are some major good and bad changes coming.

Well, tomorrow it kicks off the madness. I have roughly 145 appointments scheduled for phone calls with clients during October and about another 35-45 slots left. If you want any shot of getting with me in the month of October, then you need to get your paperwork in and get your appointment scheduled fast.

I am here and I want to help you navigate you options and nightmares. Let me be your road map as I have been for maybe 15 years or so.

Wow. This is going really well. Thank you to the 145 people who have sent in their CMS required documents already. 40 of you have even scheduled your appointments already. Great job. We still have 184 more of you out there I need to hear from. Of course you should have received your annual letter by now. If you trashed it. Do not be ashamed.

Please watch this short video that explains what we know and what I think might happen during this coming Medicare Annual Election Period and how it will affect you.

Some of it is positive. Some of it is a big question mark. EVERY beneficiary needs this information which is why I am sharing the information like this.

Below is an excellent chart that shows the changes in the PDP component from 2024 to 2025.

We are going to have to be very careful this year. My biggest fear is that the insurers will drop some of the most expensive drugs and this will leave you guys paying the entire cost of the medication because the $2,000 cap only applies to drugs in the insurer’s formulary.
