Dear friends;

Notes and thoughts from meeting with some of the major Medicare players. Today we learned a lot about the plans being offered this fall by Devoted, Humana, Anthem, Aetna, and United Healthcare. In addition to these representative’s pitches we heard a lot about coming changes to Medicare; enrollment processes and the requirements of other programs being launched and updated by CMS to better serve Medicare beneficiaries.

AND, we learned about cost changes… yep, you can be costs are going up. Why on earth would we ever expect costs to go down? Do they on any other item we purchase?  No. Well, sadly, healthcare costs shoot up year after year it seems.

Hey guys, we now have about 50% of you scheduled for your annual review. That is excellent considering that we did that in one week flat! Yippee! Now we need to get the other 50% scheduled. Remember, I can only guarantee a slot to those that have scheduled their appointments by 10/1… when it all begins. Please do not procrastinate.

Simply go to www.meettheninja.com to schedule your telephone review. These are only calls. We will meet face-2-face only if we need to make a change. Remember this is all for you.

  • I have added a 12noon slot pretty much every WEEKday through the end of November. This should create 30-40 more openings for you guys to use. Fill em up.
  • MedicareCosts are Going UP!
    • Part B  Premium – $209.50 (up from $202.90)
    • Part B Deductible – Projected up to $292-$310 (up from $283)
    • PDP —>$41.33 premium base
    • GLP1 will have their own program. $50 copays. Will not count towards MOOP or other programs.

WELL, ANNUAL SCHEDULING IS MORE THAN 1/2 THE WAY DONE. 56% OF YOU HAVE NOW SCHEDULED YOUR ANNUAL REVIEW APPOINTMENTS. SUCH EXCITEMENT THIS YEAR….

I think everyone has heard there are some major good and bad changes coming.

Well, tomorrow it kicks off the madness. I have roughly 145 appointments scheduled for phone calls with clients during October and about another 35-45 slots left. If you want any shot of getting with me in the month of October, then you need to get your paperwork in and get your appointment scheduled fast.

I am here and I want to help you navigate you options and nightmares. Let me be your road map as I have been for maybe 15 years or so.
