MEDICARE ANNUAL REVIEW

 

STEP 1 -READ YOUR 2026 ANNUAL CLIENT LETTER

    • Download, print, complete and sign your Scope of Appointment and Consent forms and email them back to toldfield@coolinsurancegroup.com

STEP 2 – SCHEDULE YOUR OWN APPOINTMENT

• • Review appointments are booked every 45 minutes. During these appointments we will look at your current health plan and compare it to any plans that Medicare.gov offers as potential rivals for 2027. Our only purpose is to better your benefits in some way, always.
  • Scheduling an appointment is very easy through Calendly. You need simply indicate which direction you are from Lexington and then pick a day and time from the selection, complete the needed information and click submit. That’s it. If for some reason you do not have access to the internet, call me and I will do it for you.

STEP 3 (IF NEEDED) – WE WILL SCHEDULE A 2ND APPOINTMENT FACE-2-FACE

• • If changes to your plan need to be made then we will schedule a second appointment where we can meet face-2-face to complete any new plan’s application.
