You had questions and needed help regarding the KY Health Benefits Exchange or Medicaid and they assigned Todd to your case. Can you speak with me for a moment so that I can take some notes to pass along to Todd?

GREAT. Thanks. First off you need to know that while I am his direct assistant I am not a licensed insurance agent myself, so I cannot offer insurance information. My job here is to just to figure how Todd Can help you.

So, let me ask you just 4 questions.

  1. First, Did you just or are you about to lose Medicaid? Or what are the circumstances leading to your request for help? What were you doing? (Were you adding someone to your case? deleting? creating a profile? shopping for a QHP? Where were you?)
  2. How many is in your family living in your home on your tax return?
  3. How many need coverage?
  4. What is your approximate family annual income?

OK, so for sure Todd can help you / answer some of those questions.

So, let’s figure out when would be convenient for you to speak with him. He does calls five days a week. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9am-6pm, and Tuesday and Thursday from 12pm to 8pm.

  1. What is the first and last name of the PRIMARY on your case?
  2. What is their email and phone number you want Todd to you at?
  3. In order for Todd to be able to see your case and be able to help you, he has to be added onto your case as your agent. May we do that please?
  4. What is the PRIMARY’s Gender?
  5. What is the PRIMARY’s Birthday?
  6. What is your CASE # or the PRIMARY’s Social Security #?

Fill in information collected earlier; # of people on tax return and how many needing coverage and approximate annual income.

That’s it. You will receive an email confirmation and Todd will call you at that time at your number. He very frequently runs early or late just depending on clients needs but we will let you know if he is going to be running very far off of the plan.
